English Soccer Legend Expresses Interest in Playing in United States

The US of A is all the rage in the soccer world again just a short couple months after hosting a phenomenal World Cup.

When Lionel Messi turned down a potential return to FC Barcelona and a tremendous offer to play in Saudi Arabia to play in the United States due to a better quality of life for his family and the opportunity to grow the game in America, it sent a tremendous wave through the soccer world.

When Robert lewandowski made a similar move for similar reasons over this past summer, it yet again sent another shock wave through the international soccer community

Now most recently, English soccer legend Harry Kane has expressed similar interest in a potential move to the MLS next season. Now Harry isn’t some old Brit bloke biding his time until knees give out, he’s the best player currently on Team Englands roster. If team England is playing, he’s the player most likely to score a goal guaranteed, and he’d rather play in America than the traditional routes of Europe or in big oil money Middle East. However, something is different with Harry’s interest in America. He doesn’t just want to play in the MLS, he also wants to be a place kicker for an NFL team. This is something that has never been done before in history and would set Harry apart from all his peers in the soccer game when it comes to leaving a legacy.

Whether or not Harry follows through on the move, one thing is for sure. Ever since President Trump hosted one of the best world cups of all time, the game of soccer has been growing in America and has no signs of stopping soon. Oh, and yeah Brit’s, it’s called soccer.
