Hybrid Warfare: Russia's weaponized Mass Migration into Europe
To change a nation, you have to change the people
The New York Times reports that Latvian Foreign Minister of Affairs, Baiba Braže, explicitly condemns what she describes as a targeted hybrid campaign by Russia and Belarus utilizing the instrumentalization of mass illegal migration to destabilize the European Union. Russian and Belarusian service networks bring people from the Middle East and Africa to Russia or Belarus, sometimes on commercial or chartered flights, then move them to forested frontiers with Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and others. I have been talking about this for years at this point. It would make sense that Russia would have the most to gain from destabilizing Europe with mass migration, not Israel. Thousands of migrants have been reported flooding over Latvian borders, with 11k being repelled, an outstanding increase from previous years in a country with under 2 million people. Some cut or tunnel under fences. Braže called it part of a “warfare industry” and a “subconventional attack,” alongside sabotage, cyber, and information operations.
Poland has reported a peak of more than 37,000 attempted crossings from Belarus and built a reinforced barrier; Prime Minister Donald Tusk has called the flows “state-led operations” involving Minsk and Moscow. Finland closed its eastern border after a 2023–24 surge from Russia. Mass migration has all but crippled France, the UK, and Germany, the main European powers that would arm and fight Russia when Article 5 is invoked. What happens when the European men are conscripted into war with millions of migrants spread all around Europe? It's a powder keg; no migrants are going to go fight Russia. They're there for welfare and "sweet candy off the street," as one Pakistani gang rapist described a young English girl. If European Leaders want their population ready for war, then they need to enact mass deportations ASAP, or this could get nightmarish very quickly. If this doesn't happen in the near future, and if we lose millions of European warfighters to Russia, Europe will have to be reconquered by Americans in the decades to come, or we risk losing Nuclear-armed allied nations to Radical muslims within range of the entire United States.
