Maine Democrat Matt Dunlap said on some podcast that he wants to add gender transitioning surgery stuff to the US Constitution.

“We may have to enshrine it in the Constitution…otherwise, we are prescribing disaster...and that includes gender-affirming care,” he said.

Dunlap currently has about a 45% chance of winning his race for Maine’s 2nd congressional district.
