Indiana Cops Use Government Surveillance to Stalk Women

Five Indianapolis cops are facing charges for allegedly abusing their department's license plate surveillance system, including one genius who allegedly used it to track women he wanted to bang. Apparently this same guy told one of these women he needed her phone number because he spilled YOGURT ON HIS PANTS. LMaoooo.
